Are you a passionate storyteller with a nose for news? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to keep your community informed? If so, Pattison Media’s Lethbridge division wants you to join our award-winning Lethbridge News Now team as a News Reporter!

We’re looking for a dynamic, self-motivated journalist who loves chasing stories, engaging audiences, and delivering impactful news.

As a News Reporter, you will:

• Uncover local and regional news for our two radio stations WILD 95.5 FM and B93.3 FM and our Lethbridge News Now Portal (LNN).
• Report on breaking news and local events, both in the field and in the newsroom.
• Write, edit, and produce compelling stories for broadcast and digital platforms.
• Work independently during office hours, demonstrating strong news judgment and decision-making skills.
• Contribute to weekend news coverage as part of our rotating on-call system.

What we’re looking for:

• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent news judgment and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
• A passion for local news and a keen interest in engaging with the Lethbridge community.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to cover stories on location.
• Previous experience in radio broadcasting or news anchoring is preferred.
• Legally able to work in Canada
