
Administrative Assistant/Creative Facilitator

Pattison Media Kelowna has an opening for a full-time, on-site, Administrative Assistant and Creative department facilitator.
The successful candidate will work in a fun and energetic atmosphere at the top 3 most listened to radio stations in Kelowna! From entering data that gets commercials on the air, to working on online auctions, you’ll work closely with our incredible Sales team, outstanding Admin team and award-winning Creative team. You’ll also provide support in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Who you are:
- Exceptionally organized with good time management skills
- Exceptional administrative skills
- Outstanding data entry skills
- A self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- A team player with a positive attitude
- A great communicator with attention to detail
- Have proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe
- Online auction experience would be an asset but will train the right candidate to navigate our custom software platform
- Willing and able to learn new software quickly
- Basic accounting skills
- Legally able to work in Canada
